What is ClearPath Recovery?

ClearPath Recovery is a structured sober living and recovery housing program built on accountability, community, and real support. We provide a safe and supportive living environment for people who are ready to work on their recovery and build a stronger future.

What type of program is ClearPath?

ClearPath is a recovery residence / sober living environment. We are not a detox facility, hospital, or licensed residential treatment program. Our homes are designed to provide structure, peer support, and accountability while residents continue building stability in recovery.

Who is ClearPath a good fit for?

ClearPath may be a good fit for individuals who are looking for a sober, supportive, and structured living environment. We are best suited for people who are willing to follow house rules, live respectfully with others, and take recovery seriously.

Do you accept men, women, couples, and LGBTQ+ residents?

Yes. ClearPath is committed to creating a respectful and supportive environment for a diverse recovery community. Placement and availability may depend on the house, room arrangements, and current openings.

Do you work with court-referred individuals?

Yes, depending on the situation. We may work with court-referred individuals, probation-related placements, and other referral sources when the resident is appropriate for the structure of the home and willing to comply with house expectations.

What does daily life at ClearPath look like?

Daily life at ClearPath is built around structure, accountability, and community. Residents are expected to follow house rules, respect curfews, complete chores, maintain sobriety, and participate in the daily responsibilities of shared living. Our goal is to create an environment that supports recovery and personal growth.

Are meetings required?

Residents may be expected to attend house meetings and other recovery-related expectations as part of the structure of the home. These expectations are part of maintaining accountability and supporting a sober living environment.

Do you provide therapy or treatment services?

No. ClearPath does not provide licensed clinical treatment services. Residents may be encouraged or required to participate in outside treatment, counseling, recovery meetings, case management, or other support services depending on their needs and circumstances.

Are medications allowed?

Yes, lawfully prescribed medications are permitted. Residents are expected to take medications only as prescribed and comply with house policies regarding medication safety, storage, and accountability.

Do you allow MAT?

Yes. ClearPath does not automatically exclude residents who are participating in medication-assisted treatment or taking lawfully prescribed mental health medications. All medications must be handled in accordance with house policy and resident safety.

Do you drug test?

Yes. To maintain a sober living environment, residents may be required to submit to drug and/or alcohol testing in accordance with house policy.

What can someone be discharged for?

Residents may be discharged for program failure, ongoing rule violations, substance use, threats or violence, repeated disrespect to staff, failure to comply with house requirements, drug test refusal or tampering, or other behavior that disrupts the safety, sobriety, or stability of the home.

Is there a food program?

Yes. ClearPath uses a shared food program at its Los Angeles location as part of community living in the home. Residents are expected to follow house rules related to meals, kitchen use, food storage, and food-program participation.
